@mstock_in Another issue I noticed was call drops, some other mstock users also reported frequent call drops on Mstock customer care number, causing repeat calls and congestion in the service, wasting time and resources of mstock. Maybe I can help with this too -- we should talk.

@mstock_in So your systems are not reflecting incoming call number and every customer care executive is spending more than 30 seconds to confirm the mobile number so that they can identify the customer calling. I am sure I can help you with a permanent solution! you can DM.
