Following feedback from our shareholders, PRISM will soon introduce a new, simplified bonus structure that includes all shareholders, both equity and preference regardless of holding size.

We will not proceed with the current resolution and will instead bring forward a fresh, unified proposal for shareholder approval.

The revised structure, to be announced in the coming days, will ensure equal participation, full transparency, and automatic inclusion, no application required.

Real question is how this will happen . Even a small size enterprise has to deal with many issues such as local goons ,Lack of efficient labour , interference of local police and local politician , self created illegal outfits unreasonable demand . Need to change mindset first and select good leader . Else we are just trying to answer which comes first chicken or egg .
