@KPTrafficDept@Uber_India@CPKolkata
Today I met an accident near espalande metro station at 8:20Am while commuting through Uber Bike.
One MG Hector Car hit the bike.
Undergone medical supervision.
Although till now no response from uber nor Kol Traffic Police.
Very Pathetic.
This is HUGE! RBI says banks and NBFCs have to release documents of properties and collateral mandatorily within 30 days!
* Have to remove encumberance within 30 days, and return docs
* Docs can be returned from any branch, not just home branch of customer
* Loan docs must mention where the borrower can get them back once he repays
* If the bank/NBFC doesn't return docs or release the encumberance charge within 30 days - they pay 5000 rs. per day of delay
* If bank/NBFC loses the docs - they will pay and assist owner in getting docs back or attested copies (but they get another 30 days i.e 60 days before the 5K per day penalty, only if they lose the docs)
* If the loan taker dies, Banks/NBFCs need to have a detailed procedure on how heirs can get original docs.
Applies for even past loans where full repayment happens after December 1, 2023.
This is awesome for homeowners who borrow, but also for collateral based lending like for cars, securities and all the other stuff. And applies to NBFCs also, so housing finance companies can't escape.

I know of some investors who have been on cash since 18,000 Nifty levels because they thought markets were expensive.
While it’s a no brainer that if you buy expensive, your returns will be average. But what’s expensive is a very difficult question to answer when markets have so much of liquidity.
As a retail investor, if your investment horizon is for 10 years, don’t try and time the market, invest in a liquid fund and do STP to equity fund over the next 12 months. If in the interim, market falls, move the remaining liquid money to the equity funds.
This is a far more prudent strategy than staying out assuming markets will come down and I will buy because if you have been waiting since 18,000 (which looked expensive then) and missed this rally upto ~20,000, you will now even buy at 19,000 if the market falls.
Time in the market > Timing the market.
Being an existing customer of LIC HFL it's totally not expected...
It's extremely unprofessional...
Kindly look into the matter urgently.
May be i'm not that too much of a big customer but at least deserve respect.
Not Insult...
@LIC_HFL I want to draw your kind attention to a serious matter about field inspection of official address :
Today the call came from the No : 9830557787
He had misbehaved with me.
He also said that :"Do you know I had the authority to reject your loan".
