I'm happy that I'm doing all of that now, but I wish I'd started earlier. I generally don't carry regrets bcz I know I give things my all.But this is one thing that really hits hard

I think Ted Lasso S4 was okay-ish, with lots of nice moments. Tanya was brilliant, but a lot of things weren't explored deeply enough

Anyway, I absolutely loved the 7th episode, especially the sequence where Ted writes “I am lovable.” I think that was sooo beautiful ❤️
