@jimmeiah23 A possibility is that the patient is actually blood type B. In this case, there was a clerical error and the bag was mislabeled as type A. In this case, front type with Anti-A would be negative, anti-A,B would be positive, and you would find an Anti-A1 alloantibody in the plasma
