2021 VENTURERS COMPLETE

Our Venturer recruits completed Part-2 of the 6-Day Intensive Survival Training Camp where they ran a 3km course on south shore road and then dived into the Regiment Assault Course.

In our "I am Brave: Youth Against Violence" programme, our high school students continued their Giving Initiative where they gave out soup and cake to over 100 community members. A special thank you to Mrs. Marva Trott and Mrs. Joanne Brangman for their help and support.

Last year in 2020 during the pandemic, we saw an increase in violence in our community. To address this problem and service the needs of our young people, Raleigh launched the "I am Brave: Youth Against Violence" programme for high school students ages 14 - 17.

DID YOU KNOW? Raleigh has the highest retention rate of young Bermudians (especially young Black Bermudian males) ages 17-35 years old. Since being Founded in 2004, Raleigh has now over 172 alumni ages 18-35 years old, who we continue to provide on-going coaching & support.

This week our Bravers began the conversation on "What Does Hunger and Poverty Look Like in Bermuda?".
