We’re upgrading the utility billing portal! This will make payments faster and more secure. From Nov. 7-11, you won’t be able to make a utility payment online or in person. No late fees will be charged. On Nov. 12, the new portal will be available, and current online users will need to make a new account. Use autopay? You will have to re-enroll. https://t.co/3akbsQMa6Y
