@fastworkers6 Just stop eating refined sugar and food made out of refined ingredients..nothing else necessary. Eat as much raw food as possible, ditch milk, buttermilk and curd are great. Sprouts and fresh veggies to be consumed uncooked, of course after properly cleaning it in running water.
