This is actually quiet horrifying if it were to be implemented here in Australia too.

Section 51(xxxi) of the Australian Constitution allows for the Government to take land from a person "On just terms" which the High court has defined to mean fair compensation - but who decides what is fair ???
And it doesn't make up for all the work and effort people put into places- especially rural properties, sometimes over generations.

I don’t think the Aboriginal people of Canada will benefit from this much at all. They are just pawns in a much bigger game. A game played in the shadows. Asymmetrical ideological warfare. A battlefield where soft cuddly causes are used to do terrible things to good people.

The parallels across the Western world, and particularly the anglosphere are remarkable. Australia is headed in the same direction; we are just a little behind.

The British Columbia supreme court in Canada just granted the right of land title to an Aboriginal tribe. Taking people’s homes. Homes they bought, built and live in.

The right to property is now in doubt across all of Canada, and by extension, here in Australia.

If you don’t think so, you are giving the wrong people the benefit of the doubt. A benefit they do not deserve. They have not earned our trust, and being truthful, they are doing everything they can to destroy it.

From Mabo to the Voice, the ideological forces on the left have been pushing in one direction, using the poor suffering Indigenous people of Australia as cellophane wrap over just about the nastiest political ideology going.

Their intention is, and has always been, to guilt, shame and bully you into accepting a major shift in property rights in Australia. Transferring the right of ownership of land from the people to the “tribe”, or “nation”, which is code for the insider club, who are white as a sheet, and will take your property and use it for their own purposes.

That’s what all this ‘welcome to country’ and ‘acknowledgement of country’ is all about. Getting you, and our next generation of Australians to subtly accept that we don’t own or have any right to the land we stand on. Because it belongs to the Aboriginals (government).

Once the “tribes” take the land, it is only a matter of time until the government gets it. Fighting a democratised and decentralised group of people for their property is difficult, but once it gets handed to the “black” blob, it will be quietly taken from them too.

If you look out the window, you can see the system failing just about everyone now. Money is losing value fast, property assets increasing in value faster than wages but slower than underlying inflation, all built on a manic financial merry-go-round and the accelerator is locked on flat-out.

The sheer centripetal force is throwing just about everything at the boundary wall and the shadowy backroom men are running out of time.

We have a generation of young people locked out of home ownership. They want us to acknowledge the land is stolen as they bring in more migrants to help “steal” it, and they put handbrakes on new development everywhere.

None of it makes any sense until you read this letter from the city of Richmond, in British Columbia, Canada. “Your land now belongs to the tribe – have a nice day”.

It is not yet this advanced in Australia, but it is certainly heading that way. The Victorian government has just legislated a treaty; the Greens and Labor have just taken the next step. If you own land in Victoria, now is the time to sell it and run.

Because they don’t care about the Aboriginals, the first nations people or the indigenous, they just want to centralise ownership of land. Because they are power mad, greedy maniacs. Because they are Marxists and communists. They don’t support the fundamentals of Western civilisation, and they don’t care about you.

The right to property ownership is a fundamental Australian value. Wars have been fought for less, and with a dejected and locked out next generation. We are on the verge of losing our homes here too.

We must fix the fundamental issues and make property ownership available to everyone again, or it will be taken from us all.

I refuse to hand over my home. They will have to take it from me as they step over my bloody corpse, how about you?
