@JennyStrath Yeah the first 2 shards that came out I went to the dentist, after that I jus rush them out with my finger when they started to get annoying. They’d bleed for a minute but the relief was so much better. I guess it’s pretty common.

@JennyStrath I had all 4 of mine out in my early 40’s. I did it on a Friday and was fine back to work on Monday.
I did have bone shards coming out every 6 months or so on one side for about a year and a half though, turns out they broke one extracting it and didn’t tell me.
