I wrote a piece about how we, as the church need to be ROCK SOLID while the world is in chaos. Read it. Reflect on it. Comments welcome.

One disciplined day at a time, God forms the leaders He will use to lead us in revival. Travel with the Lord on the paths of fervent prayer, willing obedience, and a heart that hungers for the lost. Invest deeply. The reward is a life that is used to set the church ablaze.
Mark Dever recently suffered a serious cardiac event. The Lord graciously spared his life, and Mark is recovering well.
In God’s providence, listen to what he said on his most recent appearance on @9Marks’ 𝘗𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘬.
Praying for this dear brother.
Strong leadership is costly. It demands daily discipline, willing obedience, a heart that breaks for the lost, and a soul fully committed to God receiving all the glory. But the reward is worth it: a church on fire for Jesus. Pay the price.
- Ladies encouraging one another and providing encouragement in dealing with life's stresses
- The Gospel proclaimed from God's Word
- Our church praying for other churches
- And a church that prays for and cares for each other - including caring for their pastor and elders.
What I witnessed at Fireside Fellowship today (part 1, part 2 in comments):
- Young mothers enjoying talking while their children played in the nursery and in the foyer (loved both)
- A worship team that played their hearts out - not for show, but to proclaim the name of Christ
Got to celebrate Cayden winning a scholarship in Nashville on Monday evening. Proud of the young man he is becoming. Continuing to pray for my children daily in new phases of their lives.
Happy Resurrection Sunday!
Simple message from Colossians 1:15-23-
1. Christ's supremacy over creation
2. Christ's supremacy over the church
3. Christ's supremacy over reconciliation and salvation
