I’ve enabled the call screening feature on Apple iOS, where callers have to state the reason before the call connects and it has cut down almost all spam calls.

But sometimes delivery partners struggle with it.

Today, I booked a delivery via Porter, and the delivery partner actually understood the prompt and responded properly.

That helped me instantly know it was a legit call and I picked it up.

Small thing, but made a big difference.
