After asking for nine different documents rejecting the medical waiver claim without any reason it's not acceptable.
I booked it the updated flight with Air India. Kylie return my original money.

After 32 emails and 9 documents just saying "your request is denied" is not a response.

Medical waiver was recommended by your agent. All the phone agents think the request is valid.
So tell me what can we do for me to get my refund back?

I had to cancel my ticket with @airindia for medical emergency. And the customer service representative asked me to file a request for full refund as medical emergencies qualify for the full refund (as per my conversation with the AirIndia representative).

08800699 got closed saying it is a duplicate of 05125715.

What is going on? Help me get my full refund due to medical waiver.
