@spencermorgan93 It was probably a soft red, and no one could argue if it had been a yellow but whether or not it was a foul originally (it wasn’t in my view) is kind of irrelevant anyway. His reaction would have been punished regardless.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@nas_nelli He was the one that gave out the ‘physical abuse’ when he tried to kick someone. If a tackle is ‘physical abuse’ then we have a problem generally.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@RobDorsettSky What on earth were you thinking when you said the “vast majority” of football fans want Utd back on top? How can you be so far off the mark?

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@ivodelingpole If you arrive with 2 mins to go the chances are you’ll be sitting on the floor anyway.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@ScottGretton @MalChristie @BBCDerbySport True, and I don’t think anyone denies that but it doesn’t necessarily mean that the manager isn’t an issue also.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@RyanDilks1 Honestly this bloke is insufferable - and as a Derby fan he’s embarrassing.
But I assume that’s the point

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@joseph3452 @BethRigby You said “she is willing labour to fail” and someone else said she is “constantly fluffing Burnham” - I was remarking that there were two totally oppositw views in the first 3 replies I saw.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@joseph3452 @BethRigby I never said you did? Read my message properly

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@AndrewLlewelly9 @derbyfc1990 I don’t think we’ll go down either - even under Eustace. But I still want him gone.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@_Bish___ Basically gaslighting us all

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@thederbydigest @BruceMather3 @dcfcofficial Throw Travis into it and it is a whole team.
Albeit one that would have to play a 7-2-1 formation - which Eustace would actually love.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@BBCDerbySport But I’m not sure Eustace was ever going to come out and say “if we lose on Saturday I’m fucked”

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@AdamFisher02 After the QPR game he said “we have lots lots of lovely forward players” so he changed his tune pretty quickly. Thinks we are all idiots.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@lodgey2510 Pat will barely be fit by Jan no one is taking a risk on him then. Possibly in the summer but even then it will depend on how much meaningful action he sees this season

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@RichardJ60RAM @xbroswer26 I said “if” because I don’t know and don’t claim to know.
You’re the one that is saying we will know enough by Christmas so I was asking you what the success criteria looked like at that point. You need to know that if you are planning to leave a decision until then.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@RichardJ60RAM @xbroswer26 And what’s the criteria at Xmas? Because if we’ve carried on like this and got 12 points then it will definitely be too late.

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@duncandual Well a 3-3 draw would certainly have been preferable, so yes absolutely

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@RichardJ60RAM @xbroswer26 And I’m not comparing Eustace and Warne in terms of ability. Just stating the fact that we are reaching the point where a decision was made with Warne - and many said that was left too late

[John Simpson @RamLad96]

@RichardJ60RAM @xbroswer26 Warne’s bad run was 2 months - we were 11th at the end of November and looking fine. Then it all fell apart.
But our current record over 11 games is actually worse than Warne’s last 11 games.
