In April 2026, the City Superintendent of Police of Katni (MP) Neha Pachisia, was investigating a murder case involving an accused named Akash Lodhi.

She allegedly demanded a ₹15 lakh bribe from his family in exchange for delaying the case and help him secure the bail. When they were unable to pay, she forced Akash's father to sell his prime land, valued at nearly ₹1 crore, to her associate, Maroof Ahmed Hanafi, for just ₹18.20 lakh. After securing the deal, she deliberately delayed filing the charge sheet, enabling Akash to walk free on default bail.

When the family filed a complaint, an official inquiry confirmed the financial and administrative misconduct. Investigators discovered that her associate Hanafi had only ₹3,000 in his account the day before the purchase; on the day of the transaction, ₹18.20 lakh was deposited into his account and subsequently paid to the Lodhi family. Amusingly, Neha did not even pay this amount from her own savings, but instead arranged for another party to transfer the funds.

Signaling a firm stance on administrative integrity, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav personally stepped in to order her immediate suspension as an FIR was lodged against her.

Today is one of the most emotional days of my life. I genuinely don’t have the words to express what I am feeling right now.

Exactly four years ago I started speaking about reservation reforms.

I was abused. Mocked. Trolled. Threatened. I even got SC/ST Act notice by Delhi Police. But I kept going.

SC/ST एक्ट के जितने भी केस होते हैं, जिनमें से 92 परसेंट फेक साबित होते हैं, उन केसों का 81 से 84 परसेंट हिस्सा OBC समाज के लोगों पर दर्ज होता है। यादवों पर, जाटों पर, गुर्जरों पर, कुर्मियों पर, कुशवाहा पर, ये सभी लोग OBC हैं। तो भाई, आप लोग इनके द्वारा सबसे ज्यादा पीसे जा रहे हो। इसमें आपको आगे आना चाहिए, और इसके साथ ही OBC समाज के हर उस व्यक्ति को आगे आना चाहिए जिसे लगता है कि इस तरह के एक्ट से समाज विभाजित हो रहा है।

आप खुद को केवल 'यादव' तक सीमित कर लेते हैं, लेकिन यादव भाई, मैं जानता हूँ कि यादव समाज सबसे धार्मिक समुदायों (one of the most religious clans) में से एक है, बिहार में भी और यूपी में भी। अक्टूबर 2024 में डासना में जब जुबैर के ट्वीट के बाद दस हजार की भीड़ पहुँच गई थी, तब यादव भी वहाँ डटकर खड़े थे, वही मंदिर को बचा रहे थे। तो भाई, आप भी इसमें आगे आओ। आप लोग इस एक्ट के तहत सबसे अधिक टारगेट होते हैं। आखिर इसे चाहता कौन है? कौन कहता है ये सब करने के लिए?

कहीं एक जगह ऐसा होता होगा कि आप किसी को घोड़ी चढ़ने से रोक रहे होंगे, लेकिन उसे सौ बार इस तरह से दिखाया जाता है जैसे कि हर यादव, हर OBC उन्हें घोड़ी पर चढ़ने नहीं दे रहा।
जबकि ऐसा तो है नहीं। तो जब अपवादों (exceptions) को उदाहरण बनाकर आपके पूरे जाति समूह को, आपकी पूरी जाति को अपमानित किया जाता है, तो यह आपके लिए भी उचित सलाह है कि आप आगे आइए। क्या जातिवाद आपके खिलाफ नहीं होता है? 'OBC Atrocity Act' क्यों नहीं होना चाहिए? 'सवर्ण Atrocity Act' क्यों नहीं? क्या यादवों को 'गँवार' और इस तरह के अन्य आक्षेप नहीं सहने पड़ते हैं? आखिर ऐसी कौन सी जाति है जिसके ऊपर जातिवादी टिप्पणी नहीं होती है?

जब ब्राह्मणों को नहीं छोड़ा जा रहा है, उन्हें 'ब्राह्मणवादी', 'भिखमंगा', 'मनुवादी' और पता नहीं क्या-क्या बोला जाता है, और वो सब के सब नेगेटिव इंटेंट (negative intent) के साथ बोले जाते हैं। फिर आप क्यों अपने आपको इससे अलग रखकर चल रहे हो? OBC समाज should be the first in line.

भाई, ये जो भी जातिवाद के उदाहरण रखते हैं, उन्हें देखने की जरुरत है। और आपका कटऑफ भी अब जनरल के बराबर ही आ रहा है, तो आपके लिए तो वैसे भी आरक्षण का उतना अधिक मतलब रह नहीं गया है। तो चाहे आरक्षण की बात हो या SC/ST Atrocity Act की, या फिर अभी आपको लग रहा होगा कि 'चलो भाई, UGC में हम तो बचे हुए हैं', लेकिन यदि कोई SC/ST आपसे बदला लेना चाहे, तो वह आपका भी जीवन खराब कर सकता है। You are not protected from the SC/ST Act. या जो UGC regulations 2026 हैं, उनमें भी आपको कोई प्रोटेक्शन नहीं है।

आपके पास सिर्फ इतनी प्रोटेक्शन है कि यदि आप पर कोई जातिवादी टिप्पणी करेगा तो आप भी काउंटर कर सकते हैं; काउंटर ही नहीं, आप भी जाकर शिकायत कर सकते हैं। But as such, यदि कोई SC/ST आप पर झूठा आरोप लगा दे, तो आप भी फँस जाओगे।
इस बात को समझो and come into this; oppose these shitty regulations and these acts, जो समाज को विभाजित करने में लगे हुए हैं। And leftists are having a bloody field day. They are laughing and having a great time at our expense. इस बात को समझिए और साथ आइए।

I come from Bihar. Research how dire the situation of the Musahar community is. Their children aren't getting reservations. Why? Because those caste groups don't even have leaders... The second demand is quota within quota, on which the government has also said that we will not implement the creamy layer in it. Why will you not implement it? It is so absurd that the government is bowing down to those few Dalit leaders who only talk about their caste group... The third demand is minimum marks. You cannot sell the dream of a developed India by compromising on merit. If 50% of the deserving youth or boys and girls who are studying will not get admission in the IITs, IIMs, or higher education, your efficiency has reduced by 50% right there... Then the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) should be made a part of the Scheduled Castes (SC). The class whose definition says economically weaker, you are neither giving them a facility in buying the form, nor are you waiving their hostel fee, nor is their course fee being waived; what will you achieve by merely recognising it?... At least indicate that we are going to have a sit-down talk about this..."
