I am proud to a part of the legacy of our brand- A third generation developer; Blending architecture & design with real estate development at S RAHEJA REALTY
Given the number of Raheja entities that are there in the Mumbai real estate business - homebuyers can get anxious. There is K. Raheja, K. Raheja Realty, Raheja Universal, S. Raheja etc etc.
Raheja Developers has no connection to any of the Raheja entities based in Mumbai.

S. Raheja Realty: Given the numerous Raheja entities in Mumbai real estate, it can be confusing to a common person
This firm focussed primarily in Bandra, Khar, Santa Cruz

A report by @ETNOWlive highlights the @MCHI_President research report on the MMR region.
The MVA Govt led by CM Uddhav Thackeray ji reduced premiums and stamp duty to facilitate the revival of the real estate industry and make homes affordable to all.
@harytwit@99acresIndia I have a different option on this! on the immediate future there will be a slow down not a correction in prices! Real Estate will come out of this impact in the positive! Primarily for the safety and security that it brings with it!

@medicalsyrupart @99acresIndia Post lock down is a good time to buy! Before the investment, pls study the following:
The positive & negative aspects of the location; Current & future demand & supply within the micro market;
The reputation & the track record of the developer; The delivery date of the project.
@DipakShaw_ds@99acresIndia Sorry cant comment on the market in Kolkata, have no exposure in that market. Although for a general overview if the situation ahead pls read my article__ https://t.co/s3u4HsspPt
@aaital_khosla@99acresIndia Selling a property depends on your requirement; If yr not in a hurry, property rates will come out of this crisis in the positive! Primarily for its safety & security! You can market the property & sell it only as and when the offers match your expectation, in due course it will!
@puneetsinghal22@99acresIndia@AmbienceGroupIn In the long term real estate will come out of this impact in the positive! Primarily for the safety and security that it brings with it!

@riahariramani@99acresIndia Yes, its is! Study your options across the next few months! ideally buy an apartment in a neighborhood where there is a limited supply of new apartments! and a good steady demand! Would be the best and safest investment.
@_ajay_kumar_@99acresIndia Real Estate will come out of this impact in the positive! Primarily for the safety and security that it brings with it!
We will see a spike in the 1st time homebuyer; so smaller apartments with complex amenities will be the requirement! I dont see rates coming down!
