why should I wait up to 4 days for my service to be restored?
If I lose 4 days of service due to this issue, will Airtel extend my subscription by 4 additional days next month?

My DTH pack (₹1419) expired yesterday. Since nobody watched TV yesterday, I recharged the account this morning. However, my account still shows "Suspended – minimum recharge required."
Today around 11 AM, I visited an Airtel showroom.

I was informed that a complaint has been raised and that I would receive a callback within 48 hours, after which the issue may take another 48 hours to be resolved.
I understand Airtel has every right to suspend services when payment is not made. But after I have already paid.
