एक ओर जहां दुनिया के बड़े देश मंदी या धीमी वृद्धि का सामना कर रहे हैं वहीं भारत में कृषि और सेवा क्षेत्र के बेहतर प्रदर्शन से जीडीपी चालू वित्त वर्ष की पहली तिमाही में 7.8 प्रतिशत रही। इसके साथ ही भारत प्रमुख अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में सबसे तेजी से वृद्धि करने वाला देश बना हुआ है।

उम्मीद है कि आगामी त्योहारी सीजन में मांग में तेजी के साथ अर्थव्यवस्था के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों पर व्यापक असर पड़ेगा। देखा जाये तो भारत वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था को गति देने वाली ‘प्रमुख ताकत’ बन गया है।

यह भी बड़ी कामयाबी है कि यूपीआई के जरिये लेनदेन का आंकड़ा अगस्त में 10 अरब को पार कर गया। स्पष्ट है कि डिजिटल लेनदेन में भारत दुनिया का नेतृत्व कर रहा है।
