A mass sh00ting broke out in downtown Indianapolis early Saturday morning, leaving two dead, including a minor, and injuring 5 others.

Indianapolis Police Chief: “Parents and guardians have got to step up. A kid is dead tonight… I’m tired of it. You should be tired of it… We made almost… about 20 arrests tonight, recovered g*ns that I know of before this happened from two kids.”

No suspects have been identified yet.
