So I'm going through old photos at my mom's and I came across some pictures from when I had chicken pox and I honestly looked like I was the happiest I've ever been. Just plain stoked to be sick. Kind of obsessed with 4 year old Jess

I was talking about the alphabet in a circle one day and I realized that the alphabet has as many letters as I am old. Or, in the words of my kids, I'm "the whole alphabet"

Exactly one year ago today I had one of the worst days at work to date. I was on the verge of giving up something I really cared about in order to get myself out of a toxic situation, because there seemed to be no other choice.
