🚨🚨Congressional Whistleblower Alert🚨🚨The entire crypto market has been built around criminal behavior at the SEC. @attorneyjeremy1 summarizes it perfectly here. NOT ONE person in Congress has called for an investigation of the SEC. RETWEET Let them know Elections are coming.

As announced in our TG, our liquidity lock won't be extended on Unicrypt on July 31st! Instead, we will transfer the LP tokens to EverOwn 🔐

This means that the liquidty will be managed by the community deciding if and when it has to get unlocked for a specific purpose ⚡️⚡️

[John E Deaton @JohnEDeaton1]

The U.K.’s FCA is leaving @SECGov @CFTC, and Congress in the dust. They’ve classified #XRP a hybrid token - partially acting as both an exchange token and utility token - NOT A SECURITY TOKEN. The U.S. led the Internet revolution but will miss leading the blockchain revolution.

[John E Deaton @JohnEDeaton1]

Do you hear that @GaryGensler?

90% of Gary’s wealth is managed by Vanguard. Gary, without authorization from Congress, is attempting to impose ESG disclosures on U.S. companies while his wealth is tied up in Chinese companies exempt from all ESG matters.

It is a disgrace.

[Mr. Huber🔥🦅🔥 @Leerzeit]

You just have to love the US government, out of the thousands of crypto projects they created a monopoly for the one chosen by China and sued all American projects. 🤣

🚨Look what we just received in our tip inbox last night – the Ethics Agreement Memo @GaryGensler signed with the SEC ethics office when he came on board as chairman. 👀 🧵1/3

Hey @cz_binance & @BNBCHAIN have you heard of @EverRise? RISE developed the only decentralized smart contract locker 🔒 with a DAO voting module 🗳. Do you know this tool is a available to your community? #NoMoreRugs #BNB #RISE

[Pat Toomey (US Sen. ret.) @SenToomey]

While #crypto has the potential to become part of our everyday lives, the current tax code stands in the way. @SenatorSinema and I are teaming up to make it easier to use digital currencies as a common method of payment by exempting from taxes small personal transactions.

[Stuart Alderoty @s_alderoty]

Rather than providing regulatory clarity through rulemaking, the SEC is bullying crypto markets by filing unproven allegations masquerading as regulation. In my latest op-ed, I outline the urgent need for sensible crypto legislation from Washington. https://t.co/BiY5rkCdEM

[Digital Asset Investor @digitalassetbuy]

The @jimcramer s are the problem. Sit down and shut up they say. Don't question corruption and lies. This country has lost it's way and if we don't do what the founders did which is stand up to corruption we'll lose it. I stand with @JohnEDeaton1 for my children's future.

[Mr. Huber🔥🦅🔥 @Leerzeit]

Prediction: after the SEC claims the judge was wrong about the law, the next step will be for the SEC to claim the law is wrong. Without even realizing what they are actually saying with this.

[John E Deaton @JohnEDeaton1]

Coinbase tried to work w/the SEC from day one. It Delisted XRP, didn’t launch LEND and a big reason its being hammered is b/c it cooperated w/the SEC. When I read the Ripple Complaint I filed the mandamus suit and said the SEC is coming for all of crypto. It’s war. Fight to win.

[Eleanor Terrett @EleanorTerrett]

Looks like a win for $XRP holders here. @JohnEDeaton1 is allowed to stay on the case and retain amici status. He’ll also be allowed to raise concerns about the @SECGov’s expert when filing his summary judgment brief.

[Eleanor Terrett @EleanorTerrett]

In response to the @coinbase investigation, an official close to one of the largest crypto exchanges says:

“This is a direct response to Congress increasingly understanding that the @CFTC or even an SRO is the best way to regulate an industry as dynamic as crypto. It’s a last
