Elon Musk was asked about time travel and answered with the method he uses on every problem people call impossible.

Musk: “Those things are almost the same thing in that you can’t break the speed of light without breaking reality.”

Two separate fantasies collapse into a single violation. Teleporting across space and travelling backward through time are one physics problem stated two ways.

Both require information to arrive before it left, and that suspends cause and effect across the entire universe at once.

Musk: “Unless we are a simulation. Time travel does not break a simulation.”

He stops asking whether the machine gets built and starts asking what its existence would prove. A working time machine becomes a measurement of what reality is made of.

Musk: “People do tend to get wrapped up in knots with the time travel thing because they try to simultaneously say something must be logically consistent but logically inconsistent. That’s impossible.”

Every paradox ever written about time travel has that shape. The grandfather problem and the bootstrap problem both ask reality to stay whole while running an operation that tears it apart.

The impossibility lives in an assumption people carry into the question, one timeline holding one copy of everything.

Musk: “If you think about a video game, you’ve got various saved games. You can go back and restore a saved game from a prior start point.”

Restoring an earlier state happens on millions of machines every day and nothing about it strains logic.

Musk: “You still have your other saved games, and there are many games going on in parallel. They don’t have to be consistent with each other.”

Parallel branches carrying different histories become ordinary the moment you drop the demand that they reconcile into one record.

That same move built the rest of his career.

Reusable rockets stayed impossible while everyone assumed a booster spends everything it has on the way up. Keep fuel back for the descent and the impossibility becomes a landing burn.

Every impossibility ever declared describes the best available model of reality.

Time was absolute. Simultaneity was universal. The atom was the smallest thing there was.

Each one held until somebody located the assumption underneath and pulled it.

Every era’s list of impossible things is really an inventory of assumptions nobody has audited yet.

Musk: “We might be somebody’s video game. Or TV show or something like that.”

Take the simulation seriously or leave it on the table. The method underneath holds either way.

A paradox marks the exact spot where you assumed something you never checked. Find it, pull it, and the impossible turns into work.

The cheapest cancer-prevention stack almost no one talks about

Cancer treatment is expensive, toxic, and often late. Prevention is the opposite — and a growing body of evidence says a few cheap, everyday moves can meaningfully lower risk.

Start with three things: sunlight (or vitamin D),
fatty fish or omega-3s, and consistent movement. In older adults, combining daily vitamin D, marine omega-3s, and a simple home strength program cut the chance of invasive cancer by about 60% over three years. Each piece helped a little. Together they helped a lot.

That’s the “sun, salmon, and steps” foundation. Dr. Paul Marik and colleagues then built on it. Using available research and AI analysis, they stacked additional well-studied nutraceuticals into tiered protocols they call ROOT:

✔️Green tea extract (EGCG) — hits cancer cells and the environment around them
✔️Curcumin — calms multiple inflammation and growth pathways
✔️Vitamin D — tied to lower risk and better outcomes across several cancers when levels aren’t deficient
✔️Omega-3s — anti-inflammatory and part of the original three-part combination

For many healthy people over 60, those four (ROOT 4) are the basic, low-cost layer. Higher-risk people — strong family history, genetic mutations like BRCA — can add more agents in later “routes.” The idea is simple: match intensity to risk instead of waiting for a diagnosis.

Prevention doesn’t have to be high-tech. It has to be consistent.

There are things you can do to get rid of the spike protein.

On the Shawn Ryan Show, human biologist Gary Brecka outlined three approaches people are using after vaccination or infection:1.

1. Over-the-counter “spike protein detox”
Brecka pointed to a formula associated with Dr. Peter McCullough containing nattokinase + bromelain (he also mentioned thymulin). He said these compounds can bind spike protein and that some people see urinary spike protein levels drop after taking them. Search “spike protein detox.” These are inexpensive and available without a prescription.

2. Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE)
Blood is removed, plasma is separated, and replaced with sterile albumin. Brecka (who has done it) said it can pull spike protein, microplastics, heavy metals, mycotoxins, and other inflammatory material out of the plasma. He described it as feeling “amazing” but expensive.

3. Blood filtration (usually offshore)
A dialysis-style process using carbon or heparin-binding filters, offered in some clinics outside the U.S. (e.g. Tijuana). Not FDA-approved. Brecka said he had seen clinical reports and planned to try it for longevity.

Stephen A. Smith says he only took home ONE-THIRD of his annual income living in California.

His ESPN salary alone is $20,000,000 a year. That means the government took over $13,300,000 in taxes.

He now lives in Florida.
