@Olmoz3 my quick thoughts on how backrooms works:

it continually "remembers" the world, as it IS, in terms of closed spaces and "objects". so in the cretacious period the backrooms would probably be endless cave systems and incredibly dense woods, with fucked up plants/rocks/animals
