For Q 122, the official answer key says that an emergency may take place at any time; whereas the Constitution says that it can only be declared when the security of the state is threatened due to external aggression or armed rebellion.

IITs don't have spot/special rounds as in NITs and JAC to fill in vacant seats. Why? This is wastage of seats in IITs. No other prominent institute globally does this "crime" @dpradhanbjp @EduMinOfIndia
