Vertebral spinal hemangiomas very commonly seen benign tumors on MRI & usually don’t grow. Rarely seen slow increase in size: this one grew slowly over 14 yrs. Rare aggressive ones grow & extend outside the bone into spinal canal, could be symptomatic & may need treatment.
