I have posted this in the past. I am asking again and again. This is very very important & needs immediate attention.

Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair?

Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund.

Pls implement this immediately. I continue to see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge. This is so unfair.

If any of you reading this feel that this should be implemented immediately, comment with your thoughts and share until Railways makes it a fair deal for passengers.

This is long long overdue. I hope at-least this time it is considered and implemented.

Allahabad High Court judge Yashwant Varma has submitted his resignation to the President.

When he was a judge at Delhi High Court, a fire broke out at his bungalow. After the fire was extinguished, fire service officers discovered a large amount of cash in different rooms of the bungalow.

After this incident, Chief Justice of India (CJI) convened a meeting of the Collegium, where it was decided to transfer Justice Varma back to the Allahabad High Court.

Will the truth behind the burnt cash ever come to light? Was the resignation an attempt to avoid impeachment proceedings? Has it become an easy way out?

Now, imagine if the same situation had involved an ordinary citizen. What actions would the Judiciary have taken?

But when @IncomeTaxIndia delay payment they pay 0.5% which i paid in 2024.
And the further charge 30% on interest.
