Meet Vikramdev Mohapatra from Nabarangpur, Odisha. After working with top IT firms for 14 years, he returned to his roots and set up a commercial mushroom production and processing unit.

Today, he employs around 24 people - 18 women and 6 men - turning from an IT professional into a job creator for his community.

His unit produces mushrooms throughout the year and supplies them to Brahmapur and Bhubaneswar.
