Dear @ViCustomerCare,

A CUG number from an already allocated series was requested and documents were processed after confirmation of availability.

However, after completion, a demand of ₹5900 is now being raised stating it is a “premium number” — which was never disclosed earlier.

This lack of transparency is unacceptable and impacts business usage already aligned to this number.

This appears to be an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and against TRAI guidelines.

Request immediate resolution without additional charges.
