So, @FedEx ,@FedExHelp @Ride1Up ) Fed Ex did their “ investigation “ on my lost E-bike and this is how they responded. Thanks for just looking at the tracking number and telling me what I know. @FedEx are a bunch of crooks. They should be accountable.

I lost 3 pounds since last week. @FedEx lost 110lbs…. My e- bike that they said was delivered and signed which none of us home did. Maybe try ringing the door bell?

Be cautious when ordering a bike from @Ride1Up . They send bikes with “ indirect signature “ required. That means anyone can sign for your bike. Even a fictional person that @FedEx will use to steal/lose your package.

How to order an E bike and never get it.

Pay @Ride1Up 3000 dollars for the bike.

Have @FedEx do the shipping and they’ll claim someone signed for it and mark it as shipped when no one showed up.

I really appreciate you guys claiming my 3000 dollar e bike was delivered and signed by someone when it clearly wasn’t.

I’m without a bike that was supposed to be a Father’s Day surprise and you guys have our money.
