Alhaji AbdulRaheem Oladimeji lost his parents at a young age and worked as a houseboy in Lagos. He later taught himself how to read and write.

In 1994, his son reportedly had a dream during Hajj about him establishing a university. Years later, that vision became Al-Hikmah University, established in 2005.

From someone who never had the opportunity to attend school to providing university education for thousands.
