מאז אוקטובר 2023 הרגה ישראל בגדה 241 ילדים ונערים - היקף ההרג הגבוה ביותר של קטינים פלסטינים מאז נכבש השטח ב-1967. זוהי התוצאה של מדיניות ישראלית המאפשרת ומגבה את ההרג, מבלי שאיש יידרש לתת על כך את הדין.
