@RoyalMail @royalmailhelp2 - on hold for over 2hours and still no answer. Customer service is a joke. Lost parcel claim and selected cheque refund after submitting the evidence. Got 6 1st class stamps back as no evidence provided. Thus dates back from 20th December!!!
