3 v 3 Youth Basketball League Now Forming. Random Lake High School will be hosting our first 3 v 3 fall league starting in September. This is a great skill opportunity for the area youth to get ready for the upcoming season. #3v3#SkillDevelopment#WisconsinHoops
@espn had a great article today for Father’s Day. Mike Trouts father makes great points on youth sports and the role parents need to play to help the overall development of their child. #itsjustagame#MultiSportAthletes#positiveenergy https://t.co/RLbUqUmoy6
Thanks to @wissportsnet for a great day at the first annual Wissports Showcase Shootout. The Rams finished the day 1-2, but showed great growth from last season. #LetsWork#GoRams#OneDream
Players: Summer ‘19
-Choose 2 moves & counters & rep them like crazy
-Make 250 shots you will get in games at game speed
-Make a lot of exhausted free throws
-Get in the weight room
Big difference between being simply interested in improving & completely committed to improving.
Players: I don’t have a ride because my parents work is not an excuse. Text a friend, get on a bike, go for a run there are many options to get yourself to off-season workouts.
Players you have 6 months, 22 weeks, 188 days before the start of the basketball season. This is the time players are made. Get in the weight room, create off season goals, work on ball handling, get game like shots up. Before you know it the season will be here.
Same question to as many coaches as I could at the #FinalFour️
🏀
“What caused your team to win/lose more games this past year?”
🏀
Most responses came back to players committing to EXTRA work as an ENTIRE GROUP.
Wishing the best of luck in the Wisconsin high school football playoffs to those hoopers who compete on the gridiron. Chip (#4) and Josh (#15) are two athletes that benefited greatly by being multi-sport athletes in high school. @travisWSN @wissportsnet@WisBBYearbook
