Dear director, can you please help us to travel during festive season in december. I-131 renewal applications have been sitting from many months and it is completely ignored. EAD renewal processing time is fast but why not I-131.

some of the concurrent filed (I-765 and I-131) renewal applications are getting separated by processing officers. Some are issuing combocard but some other separating I-131 and keeping I-131 applications pending for very long period. Address this issue pls

I am not able to travel during Thanks giving and upcoming Christmas to celebrate with family due to I-131 AdvanceParole renewal application is pending from past 8 months. EAD renewal was approved in 4 weeks but separated I-131 application.

Great start. Please do the same for Advance Paroles so that we can travel and see and meet our aged family members whithout the hassle while we wait for EB2 and EB3 dates to become current.

@ManishJain83 @USCIS Uscis separating Advance Parole applications even if we file EAD and Advance Parole renewals concurrently. They are issuing 1 year validity paper based Advance parole which is so much pain for us to keep apply for renewal every year and could not plan travel. 5 years AP needed

Please implement 5 years validity to Advance Parole Renewals too. 1 year validity adds lots of burden on uscis work load and also on applicants whose employment based 485 AOS is pending from several years.

Can you please implement same 5 years validity for Advance Parole renewals too. Renewal process is taking so long and getting only 1 year validity while Employment based 485 AOS is pending for many years.
