I am not sure why Liberals hate Conservatives in Canada though they took the conservative policies , ideas and even the conservatives MPs to implement it.
Part 2
Foreign Interference
Carney has failed to prevent foreign interference—in fact, he is accused here of cooperating with it.
Rather than referencing multiple countries, let us focus solely on China. The contradiction becomes evident when Carney has repeatedly described China as Canada’s greatest threat, citing concerns over espionage, parliamentary infiltration, influence over MPs, and even the presence of unofficial Chinese policing activities targeting Canadians of Chinese origin.
Yet, Carney himself has benefited from strong ties with China. In 2021, his company Brookfield secured a $250 million loan from Chinese Stste banks. Notably, Brookfield later relocated its headquarters from Canada to the United States, citing a more favorable investment and tax environment.
Despite this, Carney traveled to China, engaged in cooperation agreements, and signed deals—ostensibly to facilitate economic transactions, including the import of Chinese electric vehicles that may collect data on Canadians.
Environmental Policies
Carney has also retreated from his environmental commitments. He canceled the carbon tax on fuel and postponed zero-emission targets, raising questions about environmental and climate policy credibility.
Civil Liberties
The government has been criticized for failing to uphold constitutional freedoms, including freedom of expression and religious practice. Laws such as C-8, C-9, C-11, C-18, and C-22 have been cited as restrictive, with claims that certain religious texts from the Torah, the Bible, and The Quran have been subject to legal limitations—contradicting protections enshrined in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, established under Queen Elizabeth II in the early 1980s.
There are also allegations that law enforcement has targeted individuals for expressing dissenting opinions on social media, while other offenders have been released on bail under legislation such as Bill C-75.
Conclusion
Why, then, does Carney continue to receive such support despite the perceived lack of positive impact? Is it the smoothness of his rhetoric? Or the power of left-leaning media shaping public perception through emotionally charged narratives?
It is also worth noting that Carney is associated with the World Economic Forum, an organization often linked—by critics—to controversial ideas such as population reduction, limits on press freedom, and global governance frameworks.
In closing, the comparison drawn here is to the fictional character Hamada Azzo—portrayed as a carefree, fortunate individual untouched by the struggles of reality.
The question to readers remains: Is there an achievement by Mark Carney that has been overlooked? Or is he, as suggested here, a figure of rhetoric without substance?

The Fortunate Mark Carney and the Unlucky Canadians Part 1
I have never, in my life, encountered a politician as fortunate as Canada’s Prime Minister, Mark Carney. The man has not delivered any notable achievements throughout his time in office, nor did he record any significant economic accomplishments during his tenure as an economic advisor to Justin Trudeau. Yet, he enjoys overwhelming popularity among the majority of Canadians—indeed, he is their top favorite. Opinion polls are perhaps the clearest proof of this, with his lead exceeding ten points over his closest rival, Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre.
Social media platforms are filled with admiration for his words, his demeanor, his so-called sharp vision, his “economic genius,” and his stance against what is described as American imperial dominance.
However, on the other side of reality, there is not a single tangible achievement attributed to Mark Carney—only hollow, often contradictory yet smooth statements. Among the most famous is his phrase “Elbows Up,” a Canadian expression borrowed from ice hockey, implying readiness or resilience. What is truly puzzling is that a large segment of the Canadian population continues to support and back him. The question remains: why?
Carney has demonstrably failed in nearly every critical file for which he was elected. Yet, he continues to enjoy broad media and public support. He is a master of polished rhetoric that stirs emotions among Canadians, but in terms of concrete achievements, they are virtually nonexistent. Despite this, he consistently projects a narrative of success, insisting that Canada is better off and does not need the United States—even as his people face economic, security, social, and political pressures.
This brings to mind the words of Confucius “The superior man acts before he speaks, and afterwards speaks according to his actions.”
No comment is needed on how he secured a majority government by bending the will of the people—winning it by floor crossing Members of Parliament from other parties, disregarding the choices of voters who elected those MPs based on their party principles. With Mark Carney, contradictions are endless.
The U.S. Negotiation File
Carney has failed in negotiations with the United States. All rounds of talks have stalled without meaningful progress, while American tariffs on key Canadian exports continue to rise. The fate of the CUSMA trade agreement (between the United States, Canada, and Mexico), due for review in July, remains uncertain, with indicators thus far appearing negative despite its importance to Canada’s economy.
The result is a significant negotiating failure with a country that accounts for more than 70% of Canada’s trade balance. Finding an alternative partner to fill this gap may be impossible in the short term—and perhaps even in the long term.
During his campaign, Carney repeatedly declared: “We handle Donald Trump.” The reality, however, appears otherwise. One can only hope he succeeds in resolving the complexities of dealing with Trump and reaches a satisfactory solution soon. If that happens, credit will certainly be due—but for now, the outlook is not encouraging.
Economic Performance
Carney has failed to address the economic slowdown, with rising unemployment and increasing reliance on food banks. Billions in investments have exited Canada without being offset by sufficient foreign investment. Limited inflows from the Gulf and Asia do not compensate for the scale of capital flight driven by his government’s economic and tax policies.
Canada’s automotive industry has declined, with major plants—such as Chrysler facilities—closing. There is also continued insistence on shutting down Alberta’s oil pipelines, a move that could even fuel separatist sentiments. Meanwhile, high taxes on businesses have made the prospect of starting a venture in Canada appear almost irrational due to the risks involved.
