Selective VAR use against African teams again!
Tielemans fouled the defender for the equaliser. They avoided VAR and even TV replays.
Now, they are using it to give Belgium a penalty.
@AlgerianFooty Never benbot’s fault there. Mandi should’ve never been on the field too slow & they know it plus he broke the offside. Unlucky for benbot he thought he was gonna chip it
🚨 Zlatan Ibrahimović on Algeria’s Dramatic 2-1 Comeback vs Jordan:
You see this World Cup? It keeps delivering surprises in every single match. And tonight Algeria reminded the whole world of one simple truth: no lead is ever safe.
When Nadhir Benbouali scored in the 69th minute, you could feel the entire game change. That wasn’t just a goal - that was belief returning to the team and the fans.
The Algerian supporters were incredible. Their energy never dropped for a second. In moments like that, the fans become the twelfth man, pushing the team forward.
Even after Riyad Mahrez missed a massive chance that could have put them ahead, their heads never dropped. Most teams would have collapsed, but this Algeria side showed real character and resilience.
Then the equaliser came and completely transformed the match. From that moment, they played with purpose, intensity, and total belief. They kept pushing, kept asking questions, and in the 82nd minute Amine Gouiri gave them the winner.
That goal wasn’t just three points. It was about courage. It was about refusing to surrender when everything was against them.
Both teams knew defeat could end their World Cup journey, which made every duel, every pass, and every attack feel massive.
In the end, Algeria earned this victory - not because it was easy, but because they believed until the final whistle.
Sometimes football rewards talent. Tonight, it rewarded heart and character.
@AlgerianFooty I think maybe people think nationality plays a big role because the coach hugely undermines local talent & doesn’t give them as much of a chance. While also playing others that have not always been proud to represent the country. Playing for Algeria requires grinta & intencity
@AlgerianFooty I fear that you not being able to see how bad this coach is might affect your reputation & people’s trust in your opinions. Trust me brother he keeps making the same mistakes over & over. We are fed up with him.
Since we dont have a proper 6 i would love to see Hadjam try that position next to Titraoui personally this is how I would start against jordan. Benbouali did not get a fair chance. Then play 5 in the back for every match after jordan.
@LesVerts@FAFAlgeria
What hurts the most about this Algeria humiliating defeat is all the reasons are the same & we made the same mistakes again when i thought we would’ve learned by now.
@Paradoutalents Benbouali didn’t get to play at all what are you talking about, he has received 0 chances so far. He play 45 minutes & should have had 2 assists if Amoura didn’t shoot ever ball he received. No chances created for benbouali
