A very true statement. Lyford Texas is in one of the poorest counties in the state. They have legalized gambling which feeds on the fixed income poverty stricken citizens from all over South Texas. All being done under a legal loophole that the county lets them operate freely as long as they buy a stamp. Millions made monthly off the locals going to foreign investors
