@HenryWilliams74 @Tesla We needed a new roof and the price of a Tesla solar roof was comparable to a new roof and solar. We liked the streamlined look.

@ghost_scot @Tesla @elonmusk It is a 12.1 kw system. Cost was aprox. $55k, which was comparable to quotes we were getting for a regular roof and solar. Gotta double check the roof size. Inverters are not installed yet, so I can’t comment on it’s performance.

@Tesla You could accomplish that mission a lot faster if it didn’t take 4 attempts, 2 crews, and months of work to install a single solar roof.

@Tesla More like 500 homes considering the fact that your crews break about half the tiles as they are installing them!
