@LGCanada@Cityline Hey @LGCanada, your customer service is the most disappointing of any company I have dealt with so far. Usually the cookie cutter responses at least address the concern in my email and reply when I send a response.
@McDonaldsCanada@McDonaldsCanada Hi, I have already tried solving this via e-mail. Unfortunately the person I have been communicating with is not authorized to do more than offer 4 coupons after more than $600 was stolen from me through the McDonalds App. So I will continue here for now.
