My allocations for the INSANE 30th Anniversary UPCs are in, let's compare it to my Mega Charizard UPC allocations

Everyone knows the Mega Charizard UPCs were basically printed to oblivion. A TON of supply hit the market and that still didn't stop the UPCs from hitting an absurd price of $380 near release

It did however crash down to $140 a few months later as supply starting flushing out. It currently sits at $230 a box

It's fair to say the Charizard UPC is a fantastic product. The promos are great and the pack selection is great with Destined Rivals, ME Base, Phantasmal Flames, Surging Sparks and Journey Together. Hence why the UPC was so popular in demand

The 30th Anniversary UPC however is on a WHOLE other level. It's just absurd what is included in this thing

-Gorgeous Umbreon or Espeon Promo
-New Rarity Pikachu Promo
-29 30th Anniversary Packs
-1 (potentially exclusive) Classic Collection 3 card Pack

This product is just INSANE. I can't think of a better product Pokemon has launched in the Scarlet Violet Era or Mega Evolution Era

Now let's compare it to the Mega Charizard UPC for pricing and my allocation numbers. It retails for $179.99, $60 higher then the Zard UPC. So the price point is already starting higher

The 30th UPC, just like the Charizard UPC, is going to be releasing in 2 Waves of product. The Charizard UPC released about 40% of the total allocation on the first Wave with the remaining 60% releasing to market weeks later

30th UPC however is releasing 60% of its production run on Wave 1 while Wave 2 will release the remaining 40% weeks later

So there will be more Boxes of 30th UPCs on the market initially then the Charizard UPCs but here is the problem

It's safe to say these 30th UPCs will have unprecedented demand, even more so then the Charizard ones. My allocation data however shows the total supply that will be releasing is 20% LESS overall

This number gets even worse when you take into consideration there are 2 different types of 30th UPCs, instead of the 1 Charizard UPC

Market pricing for these UPCs are hitting around $700. I have seen pre-orders ranging from MSRP to $400 through Gamestop. There has been a lot of chatter that Pokemon has printed these into oblivion and that MSRP is a guarantee or that they will sit on store shelves

Stop listening to these people

This product is insane and it was printed less than the Charizard UPCs it seems

Let's see where the market price of these go when they release on November 6th

There is just NO WAY.

These UPCS are INSANE...they are next level.

Not only are the Promos borderline crazy good for both boxes. There are 29 Packs in each UPC...TWENTY NINE BOOSTER PACKS...My God

All this alone is crazy.

But look at that last sentence and my mind is blown away.

The UPCs include a special 30th Celebration Classic Collection Booster Pack containing 3 cards for the Classic Collection....WHAT?!?

So the Classic Collection cards can ONLY be obtained in this special pack and there is only one per UPC and you only get 3/30 cards?

The Rumors of this Box being $199 MSRP may very well be real now. I can't believe they wouldn't include the Classic Collection in the Set itself.

Will there be separate dedicated boxes released for the Classic Collection like how they are doing those specialized First Partner Packs?

Or

Truly the only way to obtain these packs is via the UPC? This is WILD, I have so many questions.

It seems like Umbreon is the only card to have a nice substantial move these last few months...that won't last.

The other cards will start to play catch up.

Remember Prismatic goes out of rotation next year. Basically out of print when looking at Pokemon's historic patterns

Reality is starting to sink in for the market that Pokemon is pretty much done MASS reprinting Prismatic.

We just got a HUGE reprint of Bundles and ETBs. Supposedly an SPC reprint will hit the shelves this Spring/Summer but that's it.

I'm sure Pokemon has already shifted towards printing Ascended and the 30th Set behind the scenes.

Prismatic and Ascended Heroes ETBs are similar in price. One has been reprinted in MASS quantities already and goes out of print next year.

While the other just released a few months ago and has ZERO reprints...it's not a hard choice

Good to finally see some relief in the cryptoverse.

Usually BTC finds strength shortly after 50% drawdowns.

The strength usually lasts anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Historically, many countertrend rallies by BTC during midterm years have topped during early March

The most likely low for BTC is October 2026, based on the 4 year cycle.

Under some circumstances it could happen as early as May.

BTC does not have a monopoly on the four-year cycle.

You can that the S&P 500 has gone through many periods where it bottoms approximately every 4 years.

Major lows tends to occur in early Q4, but in some cases it occasionally happens in May.

October would be favored if we get multiple week-to-month long countertrend rallies that delay things.

May would be favored if the countertrend rallies just last a few days to a couple weeks, and deeper drawdowns occur sooner.

I favor October over May for now, but as an investor we have to be aware that markets can always evolve in ways we do not expect.
