@itsJulian23 Most certainly not. Magic is too unstable to commit to a 24 month plan.
If a keycard gets banned you're just forced to keep paying for an unplayable deck.
Granted, if you bought the deck you "lost" money aswell but it feels very different than paying for something you cant use.

@bradleyrose I would say no as being ethereal mean you have nothing physical which could turn to stone. Otherwise the air between them would also turn to stone. I would say that vraskas powers need something physical to petrify. Otherwise she could have killed the orzhov council aswell...
