@jodyvance @CityofVancouver @KenSimCity I see 2 sides on this, 1. permit should be approved in a timely manner & reduced cost!! Renovation costs in itself is through the roof. Side 2 Safety & Security for the homeowner. Unfortunately so much gets done without a permit and often cutting corners 😞 leads to issues😩
