Today, we welcomed some special visitors to Randlay Primary School from @TelfordWrekin council and @ShropshireSupp2 to celebrate our new status as a School of Sanctuary. We would like to say thank you to everyone who has supported along the way with the process! @SchsofSanctuary
Randlay Primary School and Nursery is proud to say that we were awarded School of Sanctuary status in July 2024 in recognition of our school commitment to fostering a culture of welcome, belonging and solidarity for all pupils and the wider community.
A huge congratulations to William who competed in the County Swimming Gala. He swam the individual breaststroke and the butterfly leg of the boys’ medley relay. As you can see, he was over the moon to come home with a gold and bronze medal!
Phenomenal achievement William!
The Year 5 and 6 children from Randlay gave their all at the TWSSP Athletics Championships. They were over the moon with how they did- especially to come back with medals!
All the staff at Randlay Primary School would like to praise the Year 6s for how hard they have worked in the build up to SATs next week. We are proud of each and every one of you 😄
"Remember SATs aren't who you are, remember you're the best!"
Children in Year 3 and 4 have been using some gardening tools to begin their mini allotments in the field. We have kindly received a Pride Fund Grant from Councillor Chris Turley. @TWSSP
Well done to the Year 5/6 Football Team who played in the TWSSP tournament today against 15 other schools in Telford. You were fantastic and it has been amazing to see how much you have developed as a team!
