Back in April, REMC enjoyed visiting Grays Chapel Elementary and Teachey Elementary for their Career Fairs!
Students had the opportunity to learn more about the electric cooperative industry, the many career paths available at REMC, and the important role electric cooperatives play in serving our communities.
We always appreciate the opportunity to connect with students and encourage the next generation to explore future career opportunities.
Thank you to both schools for having us! ⚡💙

Randolph EMC joined other electric co-ops from across the state over the last couple of weeks in Washington, D.C. and Raleigh, NC, representing our member-owners and the communities we serve. We had the opportunity to meet with our legislators to discuss key energy issues and advocate for sensible legislation that supports reliability and affordability for our communities.
These conversations are important as we continue working to ensure our member-owners have dependable, affordable power now and in the future. We’re always grateful for the time, support, and partnership of those willing to listen and work alongside us on behalf of rural North Carolina.
It’s always great to reconnect and spend time with our leaders who care deeply about our communities and the people we serve.
At Randolph EMC, our member-owners are the reason we exist. Each one has a unique story that reminds us why the work we do matters.
What started with 10 acres of rented land and a small tobacco operation has grown into a thriving family farm, now spanning hundreds of acres. For generations, Whitaker Farms has been part of what makes spring so special around our area. This is more than a farm; it’s a piece of the community. 🍓
We're proud to share the story of our next member-owned "Hidden Gem", Whitaker Farms. Watch their story here: https://t.co/C6oBCTYSdI
We’re excited to welcome Youlisa Flores as our new Member Service Specialist I at REMC! Please join us in giving her a warm welcome to the REMC family.
