In honor of Charlie Kirk, I’m going to document my path of learning about Jesus and Christianity. I am an ex-atheist. I struggle with same-sex attraction. I just started reading the Bible months ago, I prayed for the first time last weekend, and I’ve never really been to church.

Back from church. I’m renovating our basement. The wife is trying to help and she’s so clumsy and has no idea what she’s doing, it’s adorable. Never bring this woman to a construction site😆

AC broke down. I fixed it. It was just a capacitor.

The wife: “having a husband who can fix the AC is hot.”

Me: “my lady, that’s a dad joke.”😆

Went to the clinic with my lady! Baby looks healthy and they said the due date is January 18! I’m too hyped, I need to cut down on caffeine. The wife is way calmer than me.

This week at the clinic we heard the baby’s heartbeat!

Did you know a baby’s heart beats faster than an adult’s? It’s very fast.

This is so cool!

It’s Sunday and we’re going to church… That is IF the wife ever comes out of the bathroom. I don’t understand what she does to her hair that could take so long.

@brendanmjones Thanks I hope I can be a decent dad! I have until winter to prepare mentally. My best friend and his wife are having a baby any day now, so I will try to learn from them.

Life changes so fast. I married this amazing woman in April, now we find out we will have a baby around mid-January 2027. My mind has been racing a bit. God is putting a huge responsibility on me and it's daunting.
