This is still my iPhone. It just dresses better than I do. 📷

A little channel update!
After years as Conveyor of Randomness with Andre, the YouTube channel is now COR Tech with Andre.
Same channel, same content, same me. Just a more focused name that reflects what the channel has become.
The randomness is still very much part of the DNA
The Apple Watch Ultra 4 has me seriously questioning whether it's time to leave Garmin.
Better battery life, improved heart-rate tracking and Apple's ecosystem are tempting. But there's something holding me back.
My latest video is LIVE!

The new Mac mini has me thinking: what would actually make me replace my M4?
For my creator workflow, the upgrade needs to mean less time waiting and more time creating.
What would push you to upgrade your editing computer?
I’ve always liked the Hollyland M1 and M2, so the Lark M3 has my attention.
4 transmitters to 1 receiver could be a game changer for the face-to-face podcast episodes.
Keen to hear how it handles people talking over each other
The stand makes the difference
My look at the @TORRAS_Official Q3 AIR Pro for iPhone 18 Pro with a rotating stand, MagSafe and a design that doesn’t feel overly bulky.

Camera-equipped glasses make recording almost invisible, and that concerns me.
I think they’ll increasingly be used by people with ulterior motives. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re banned from many public places within the next five years.
Australia’s government is considering a ban on smart glasses in federal buildings, citing privacy and security concerns over using the devices to record people without their knowledge https://t.co/dlpQG57R14
@saradietschy I’ve got to a stage where I’m questioning the authenticity of most “big company” videos/adverts because something looks “slightly off” and a bit AI
@cipgerx As a left-hander, it really comes down to personal preference and how you adapt to the device.
It's always worth exploring accessibility settings or alternative ways to interact with your phone to see if you can find a setup that works better for you.
As a left-hander, I’ve always had to adapt to a right-handed world. The new iPhone Duo is just another example of this.
It would be great if Apple (and others) considered us in their designs, but it’s not the end of the world (it’s still great though)
The iPhone 18 Pro is (on paper) better than my iPhone 17 Pro.
Better cameras. Better battery. Better performance.
But they’re all “nice to have”.
At £1,199, I need more than just “better” to make me upgrade a year early.
I’m keeping my 17 Pro

AI isn’t suddenly arriving in our cameras. Computational photography has been improving smartphone photos and footage for years.
Whether we like it or not, OpenAI’s reported purchase of Glass Imaging is really just the next stage of something we already rely on.
Apple made the iPhone 18 Pro better in almost every way.
Better cameras. Better battery. Some great new colours.
But I'm keeping my iPhone 17 Pro.
The question isn't whether the 18 Pro is better.
It's whether it's better enough to make me upgrade early.
@realprimesync I think stands are definitely worth it if you use your iPad for drawing, a secondary display or just simply to prop up the iPad. A good adjustable stand can make a huge difference for ergonomics and keeping your workspace comfortable.
My last iPad lasted 9 years.
So when I bought my new iPad Air, before downloading apps, changing settings or really using it at all, I did two things first.
They’re not the most exciting accessories… but they might be the most important.

Apple finally made a foldable iPhone and I’m still trying to work out if it actually feels like an iPhone.
I’ve shared my first thoughts on the iPhone Duo, the design, that iPad like display, Apple Pencil, the £1,999 price and more.
