Millions of military-age men, many(not all) of them released from overcrowded prisons in their home country. Some are already criminals, some for trafficking purposes(human or drug) etc. THAT pouring through our border is 100% an invasion.

These countries don't get to take what THEY created and pawn it off on the US to deal with.

What are they going to test if they have nothing to test? Signing an agreement means nothing when you break it, which they've done with nearly every treaty, ceasefire, agreement, etc. The very first point about iran is a blatant lie. Obviously the IAEA inspections caused concern, so simply having the inspection doesn't get a pat on the back. Do better if you're going to try to 'both sides' this conflict.
