@ManyATrueNerd Except, of course, for the fact that our constitution is based upon "good chaps" and handshakes, as demonstrated by Boris Johnson trying to prorogue Parliament and the constitutional crisis that caused. We've just kind of used vibes to do governance for centuries.
@ChesnoidGaming Always look to include a sell-on clause when selling youth prospects or players with promise as a lower league side. Those sell-on fees can be huge for smaller clubs who have developed talent that later go on to do great things.
@ChesnoidGaming AFC Wimbledon would be a good one, with fan ownership we have to be super careful about finances because there's no prospect (or desire) to have an outside saviour. However, our new stadium with extra planning permission offers a real asset for the future.
@ChesnoidGaming Would love another realistic rtg, could keep the pattern of Cambridge every two years though and do a different team? Perhaps a realistic Chesnoid FC? Or a realistic Youth?
@ChesnoidGaming I know how you feel, confirmation bias for Southgate that somehow this has been a good performance, and actually there's no need to change anything.
@ChesnoidGaming Sorry I've got to disagree, a team with that much talent and we let Serbia dominate second half. 3/4 subs and somehow Foden stayed on. The one thing we're supposed to be good at is possession and we couldn't even hold onto the ball second half. Can't win a tournament like that.
