@DK_Able Rubio is still a Gang of Eight guy.
If Rubio became President, the border immediately becomes opened and we immediately import 500 million Indians. . .
Voting for Rubio is identical to voting for Kamala Harris.
If itโs not Jorge Posada itโs Jeter and others saying the same shit. Along the same lines. Brian Cashman is the problem and he always has been. He burned a bridge with Aaron Judge too during negotiations. Cashman is the disease that continues to plague the New York Yankees.
@jpooch21@tkwg0@haloo_kaashmora To answer the question though- no, the worst MLB team would beat the top team in say Nippon League or any other country, but that's because the MLB teams have the best players from Japan and all the other countries in the MLB.
Now Triple A vs Nippon League would be competitive
Again- he put up 24 home runs and 2 WAR in 2025.
Also had 8 doubles, 68 total hits, 96 walks- that's not an "all or nothing" hitter by any stretch of the word.
Obviously IL stints are IL stints- he may spend the whole year on the IL, but if he's in the lineup he's a productive bat.
@YourHornedGod@Indian_Bronson Why?
It makes much more sense in Indiana than in say, California?
Indiana still attempts to execute laws faithfully. To do so, they have to punish people who put themselves above the law.
Whereas in California there is no pretense that laws are executed faithfully.
@YourHornedGod@Indian_Bronson Actually, people who take the law into their own hands need to be dealt with harshly to preserve the state monopoly on violence.
@PapaD1113@JLas43_ He doesn't need to get "better", he needs to be 40% of what he used to be one last time.
Pujols hit 24 homers at 42 after years of being crappy. Being healthy and hot for a month is well within the range of possibilities.
