If they're trying to minimize civilian casualties as they claim, they're either woefully incompetent or they're lying. We know they're one of the best armies in the world so they're not incompetent, they know exactly what they're doing when they blow up a hospital, school, mosque etc they don't care about civilians. Israeli Colonel Nochi Mendel even said he didn't care about the Kitchen Aid workers that got bombed.
